Wally — Personal Finance
By downloading, installing, or using Wally ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
The App is developed and maintained by Hassan ("Developer", "we", "our"). These Terms govern your use of Wally — Personal Finance on Android devices.
Wally is a personal finance tracking application. It allows you to record transactions, manage wallets and budgets, track recurring payments, and view spending analytics — all stored locally on your device.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
You own your data. All financial records, transaction history, budgets, and other information you enter into the App belong entirely to you. We do not claim any ownership over your data.
Local storage. Your data is stored on your device. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data. We have no ability to recover deleted data on your behalf.
Optional backup. If you choose to enable Google Drive backup, your data is written to your personal Google Drive account — which only you control. We do not have access to your backup files or their contents.
No server-side storage. We do not operate servers that store your personal or financial data. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, accidental deletion, or uninstalling the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful personal finance management purposes. You agree not to:

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Currency exchange rates displayed in the App are for informational purposes only and may not reflect real-time market rates. Do not rely on the App for financial, legal, or investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will include an in-app notice on the next App launch.
Continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please uninstall the App.
